Room Reservations

Accept and manage reservations for shared building rooms such as screening rooms, game rooms, guest suites, and more.

Maintenance Requests

Residents submit maintenance requests via the online service. Once a request is received it is tracked and assigned for resolution according to your settings. Updates and issues are communicated instantly to the resident. Additionally, management has access to high level analytics that provide information and trends around request categories, resolution times, resident satisfaction rates, and more.

Payments Center

Collect rent or maintenance/common charges online, saving on paper and lost time from check processing. The bill may include additional individual charges and can be presented to the resident automatically every month, in an online bill with your building/company logo. Permission to Enter

Residents can update and maintain permissions to enter for guests who have specific access to their unit. Only the front desk and management have access to the permission to enter list and will use it to authorize entry of guests to particular units. Permissions to enter can include an image of guest as well as key access permission.
