SMS Notifications for Your Residents

Your residents love the convenient email notifications your ActiveBuilding portal sends out. Now they have the option of receiving certain noficiations as text messages too. By enabling SMS notifications in their account, they can find out by text if they have a package waiting or if their is an update to their service request. Please note that each resident must enable SMS notifications themselves because they are required to verify their phone number. More notifications will be available by text in the future.
