Grow your Residential Community by promoting groups and activities

Below is a list of groups and activities your residents may or may not be interested in…  If you are interested in starting groups at your community and want to find out which ones your residents are most interested in, write a survey using your Resident Portal management tools.

Acting Class

Sense of Community

Art Projects

Cooking Classes

Walking groups

Photography Classes

Music or movie clubs

Fund raising

Charity Clubs

Knitting Clubs

Boot Camps

Can you think of any to add to the list?

Once you indentify the top 1, 2 or 3 ideas that residents have the most interest in then you can use your ActiveBuilding Messageboard, Announcement Blasts and the Community Calendar to promote gatherings.  Offer to put a reservation on the Amenity Reservation Calendar for your clubhouse as a meeting place then suggest they go bunko with it, jumping from apartment to apartment.    Watch as the groups take off and grow your community.  Feel free to call your local ActiveBuilding representative for tips on using groups to create a stronger sense-of-community.
