In an effort to provide an easy way to find answers to your questions about Active Building or request technical support while using Active Building, we are launching a new help desk site. Check it out now at support.activebuilding.com.
From our new Help Desk you’ll be able to submit a ticket to our support team, check the Frequently Asked Questions, or leave us ideas for new features you’d like us to work on. Of course, you can still give us a call or drop us an email (support@activebuilding.com) if you prefer, but we know it is sometime easier and faster to check an online knowledge base. Beside, we are all about choices!
