Every ActiveBuilding CommunityPortal is customized based on the property look and feel. Its your brand that we want to promote, not ours! We will work with you to design the portal according to your brand and using your logo, pictures, fonts and colors.

The portal will be hosted on our servers using a custom domain (www.yourProperty.com). Every resident and staff member receives a private account protected by a password of their choice. When a new tenant moves in, the system will automatically generate a new temporary password. When the tenants first login, they will be prompted to fill their profile and chose a new password.
